We've experienced setbacks, injuries, career changes, loss, disappointment, and the feeling of having to start over when life didn't go according to plan.
What we learned is something simple. Life will knock you down. It happens to everyone. The question isn't whether you'll face adversity. The question is what you'll do when it comes.
